- When the 1.28 terabyte RAID attached to our Linux system became non-accessable after some power related problems, we were happy to find that DataRR, a local Tucson business, would evaluate the recoverability of 8 160 Gb ide disks at no charge and provide a price estimate to recover the data. The estimated cost of recovery given to us by DataRR was very reasonable and they worked closely with us to ensure that all precautions were take to protect our data from further damage and loss. After return of the disks DataRR was extremely helpful by providing advice in copying the data back onto a usable system. Overall, I was very impressed with DataRR's technical ability and knowledge of data storage and recovery of lost data.
